Welcome to Alves & Martinez Physical Therapy and Athletic
Performance, Sacramento’s premiere Physical Therapy facility
offering comprehensive, one-on-one treatment for sports,
orthopedic, performing arts, spine, and occupational injuries
since 2000. The experienced and dynamic team at Alves & Martinez
offers Physical Therapists with backgrounds encompassing a wide
range of specialties including: orthopedics, strength and
conditioning, dance and performance movement, ergonomics,
athletic performance, and Pilates. Additionally we have a
Certified Massage Therapist on staff. From this diverse pool of
experience and knowledge, therapists are able to craft custom
treatment programs tailored to each patient’s unique needs.
Our rehabilitation philosophy - to promote improved function and
health through a combination of manual therapy and exercise -
encourages faster recovery, maximizes outcomes, and improves
performance. Treatment in our facility will include patient
education in injury prevention, body mechanics and self care
techniques subsequently building a solid-foundation for each
patient to reach maximum results both during and after
treatment.
Alves & Martinez Physical Therapy has two full-service
facilities conveniently located in Elk Grove and East
Sacramento. We are the official Physical Therapist to the
Sacramento Ballet Company and offer on-site Physical Therapy to
employees at the Apple Computer campus in Laguna West.
